Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. A few questions: when did it start happening? What's the status light of your doorbell? Has there been any recent power outage in the area? Is the doorbell paired to a Nest account? What message are you getting in the Google Home app? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
