If you have the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell (NOT the battery doorbell) and you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where the doorbell is located, you should be able to view 24/7 video history in the Google Home app (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/10904254).
If you go to your doorbell in the Google Home app and go to Settings | Video | Video history, "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history" should be checked.
