Dropped doorbell (battery) while removing from wall mount to charge. Unit is still working aside from the white circular plastic button cover that dislodged from the unit couldn't be popped in again.
Spoke to google help chat to discuss repair options, however was advised to speak to local retailer (original place of purchase) to claim warranty (unit is still under warranty). Not sure if issue is covered by warranty, please advise?

All good. Issue resolved. Just got back from the retailer where I bought it and got it replaced as it is still within the warranty period.
