Doorbell Battery

My doorbell is not picking up activity it was when it was by my door I moved to a post now it's not picking activity up

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Doorbell Battery doesn't show the activity since you moved. I understand how frustrating it must be. I'm here to help.

Before I begin, I need to ask a few questions:

  • Are you signed into the Google Home app? If so, are you signed to the right account?
  • Do you have a Nest Aware Subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware do you have?

  • Were there any changes to the Wi-Fi network?

  • Do you use email or push notifications?

  • Are there other family members who can access the Nest Doorbell Battery? Do they receive any notifications?

  • Are there any Activity Zones set up for the Nest Doorbell Battery?

  • Are you referring to notifications or recorded events?
