Doorbell Camera needs reinstalling

When we got our doorbell camera installed the technician could not find our transformer but was able to install the doorbell camera anyway. We have now found the transformer and need assistance with getting the doorbell camera reinstalled properly.

I'm not sure how finding your transformer changes anything, as long as your transformer meets Google Nest's requirements (see the page below).

Regardless of the location of your transformer, the doorbell and the "chime puck" should be wired as shown in the page below. Note that the second diagram is labelled incorrectly; it should say "Two Nest doorbells, one chime".

Thanks for getting back to us. To know more about this, I'd like to ask, how far is the camera from the router? Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? What is the light status of your Nest Camera? Looking forward to your response.
