I have had my doorbell camera for over a year.. every couple months I unmount and place to charge. Today, however, it started to charge and stopped totally at around 31%. It refuses to charge with the google provided cable or any other cable. What can I do to fix this before the battery goes completely dead again??

In other posts, Google Nest suggests removing the doorbell from the Google Home app, doing a factory reset, and then reinstalling. It's a pain, and I don't know if it works. (We still have 3 older Nest Hello Doorbells.)
You could try contacting contact Support using the link and instructions in the post below. I don't know what they'll do if your doorbell is older than a year. Other posts in this forum seem to indicate Google Nest is just not replacing failing battery doorbells older than a year.

If you haven’t done so yet, to completely isolate the battery issue, let´s factory reset the device. Follow the steps below:
Here’s a handy guide to help you install the Nest Doorbell (battery).
Let me know how it goes.
I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.
