When I first installed Nest, the doorbell chime buzzed as well as ringing. I recently moved some wires aside, and the buzzing has decreased, but it's still there. I followed all wiring instructions correctly.
Another, newer issue: the chime only rings sometimes now, although our Androids and iPhones receive notification that someone has pressed the doorbell. And once in a while, we get no notification that someone has pressed the doorbell, except our barking dogs.
Does it sound like I should replace the transformer, doorbell connector, both, or none of the above? Thanks in advance.
