Doorbell Delay

Whenever someone rings my doorbell, I get a notification on my phone, I click this notification and I get a blank screen with a spinning loading arrow, this will take a few minutes to load the video, by this time whoever was at the door is gone. 

Same thing happens if I go through the nest app rather than clicking the notification and also happens when I'm home and on the same network.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. When did it start happening? Is this happening on push notifications, or both email and push? Also, are the notifications delayed on multiple mobile devices? Keep us posted.
