I did a factory reset three times on my nest 1st generation doorbell camera. When I then go to add product, and connecting, it stops and asks that I do a factory reset

How far have you gotten in pairing your doorbell camera?
What’s the color of the LED status light?
How far is the device from the router?
What application did you use to pair the device, the Nest app or the the Google Home app?
Did you migrate your account?
Are there any devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair?
