Doorbell Problems

I initially set up the Nest Doorbell/camera in the nest app, however, when I changed over and started signing in with google assistant I lost my family members from the account and the ability to add family members. When trying to get my wife's phone connected I get "This doorbell (wired) is connected to another account" 

We have just had fiber broadband installed however the doorbell constantly keeps disconnecting itself from the wifi. 

Could anyone please assist me in resolving these problems?
