Doorbell and nest cams, incessant spinning blue circle

Hello, I am having major issues with all my nest cam devices, specifically my doorbell.  Every time someone rings my doorbell and I want to check to see who it is I just get a black screen with a spinning blue circle.  Sometimes the video ends up loading but its several mins later and by that time a moot point as no one is waiting for 5 mins for someone to open door.  This AM a sketchy guy rang my doorbell claiming he was here to fix my dishwasher, a call we never made.  I could not see him/talk to him through my nest door bell, just had black screen with spinning  blue circle.  Similarly, I am trying to go back and review the clip of when he rang the doorbell and it wont' load.  Just spinning  blue circle.  I have this issue with all my nest cams where more often then not, I have spinning blue circle and it takes a very long for it to load.  I've tried everything.  rebooting, re-installing, rebooting internet, nothing works.  Why won't Nest fix this??  I pay for Nest aware and paid for the wired doorbell cam and I can't get it to work as advertised.  FYI, I use IOS.  Anyone else have this issue?  Beyond frustrated given how much money I have spend on my three cams + doorbell + nest aware subscription.

Brand new to the Nest ecosystem, but not Google Home. I just installed two wires cams and have a wired doorbell waiting to be installed this weekend. I get a lot of spinning blue circles too. One camera specifically has this happen a lot along with buffering every 3-5 seconds while in live view. It's frustrating. I usually replay enjoy Google products (typing on a Pixel 5 right now), but this Nest/Home setup is not living up to my expectations. Hope it gets better sooner than later.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. How far away is your doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? It may not be getting a strong enough signal. What are your speeds like?

Best regards,
Brad
