Doorbell battery won't charge it keeps saying it's empty

The battery won't charge even though it was charged for 5 hours.I plugged it in the wall socket nothing kept a charge this is the second doorbell I've tried.

Did you check the Doorbell Transformer?

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. To isolate the issue further, could you please try using a different cable for the charger if you have one. Also, try to test if the socket is working by charging a different device.
