I've tried everything 5 times and this thing will not reset. Stuck in flashing white and nothing else.

I have the same issue. Doorbell will not reset after 12+ seconds. I cannot add to my home as it continues to error out each time.

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. I would suggest if you can, let the battery die and then recharge it, try again to Factory Reset it. If you are still having this issue, I would suggest you seek out a replacement with Support. It may be faulty if it continues.

Thanks Brad. It may take weeks for the battery to deplete...any way to speed up that process?

Turn up all of your settings for notifications, sensitivity, etc. and with all of that on, you may get a lot more notifications and such, but it should drain quicker.
