Hello I have the same problem that jes8. I get the notification on my phone, but when I try to see it, say Camera off. So how I fix this problem 🙃?????
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us your concern. To know more about this, I'd like to ask some questions: what type of Nest Camera do you have? If in case you have the Nest Camera battery type, it would go on idle mode to preserve its battery and it will still record the events when motion is detected. Hit this link for more information.
