Doorbell camera won’t load video

I have a nest doorbell and 2 security cameras and when everything was installed all 3 worked well. Now the 2 cameras work but the front doorbell has a spinning wheel and can’t load the video. The doorbell works when pushed, the ring is blue around the button as well. I have rebooted the router (gigabit speed and within range of products) and I’ve deleted and reinstalled the doorbell. At this point I’m baffled. Any suggestions?

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

 

Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.

Neither approach worked. I’m wondering if I just need to replace it due to a faulty device
