Doorbell camera

I just had a doorbell camera installed. The scope of the camera is too wide and deep. It picks up people walking down the public sidewalk several yards away from our house. It picks up my neighbor going to his garage next door. Is there a setting I can adjust to limit the width and depth of its range?

Set up "activity zones" with separate recording of events and notifications for each "zone". We use activity zones on our older Nest Hello doorbell to exclude notifications for the public sidewalk and street in front of our house.

Hi folks,

Checking in — did you get a chance to set up an Activity Zone to turn off motion detection from your neighbor as shared by MplsCustomer? If so, how did it go? Let me know if you need more help.

I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.

Thanks,

JT
