It is not a battery one but is plugged in.  About 3 years old and the plastic film is peeling.  Looks awful. I would like it replaced

You can try contacting Google Nest Support to see if they'll make an exception and replace the camera, starting with this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

But they'll probably tell you that they "cannot" replace it because it's past the 1-year warranty. For our two-year-old Nest Hello, we bought a silicone "skin" on Amazon, to cover up the peeling shards.

Hi all,

Thanks for your help here, MplsCustomer and Brad.

Awesome, glad to hear from you! We're here if you have any other questions.

Best,

JT

Thanks for the link.  I contacted Google and upon checking I was just inside the 2 year warranty period so a replacement bell is on its way.  All I have to do is return my old one within 21 days from receipt and they will not charge me.  I appreciate your help.  Have to say the guy from Google was very helpful in finding the serial number of the bell
