My Google doorbell (battery) is scratched on the lens from a fall. I reached out to service and they will not help as out of warranty. Spending money to replace it is insane as less than 2 years old. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue? When I asked the rep she was like no look up on internet to repair yourself. Honestly that response pissed me off as I have all google products in my home and in my mom's! If I cannot figure it out and have to replace it maybe time to find a different product and start replacing everything I have that is google. Very frustrated by the service I got or lack thereof.

From what I have read you can try plastic scratch repair kits (from automotive stores), however depending on the severity of the scratch it may or may not work. Only other think you could try (if very adventurous) is buying a "parts only" hello off of eBay or something similar, and putting the guts of your working one inside the parts one. Something like this (but search for a listing that suits you) https://www.ebay.com/itm/404852278017
