Doorbell motion alerts

I only get notifications for motion/door chime when my nest app is set to away, I need this to alert me even if I'm set to home.

Hi NickS,  If you view your camera from your phone and hit the gear icon to get into the settings is the Home/Away Assist set to ON or OFF?  If it is ON then try turning it off and see if that fixes the problem.  Also double check that the SCHEDULE is set to OFF while you are testing.

Thank you for this! And any ones runs into this issue (hadn’t put two and two together) I had the app previously for my thermostat, and I hate notifications so I originally set it to no, and even changing in settings didn’t work. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled and allowed notifications and all is well!
