I recently purchased a Nest Doorbell (battery) and added it to the Google home app.
I invited a family member to the home and the doorbell appears offline for them. For me, the doorbell is online and working just fine.
After trying many things to fix this issue without success, I started over by creating a new home and adding all devices to it again (Nest WIFI, Nest mini, Chromecast and finally the Nest doorbell again).
After setting everything up again, I see in my Google Home app that everything is working and online.
I invited that same family member to the new home and everything is showing as online and working with the exception of the doorbell. Just like before.. it is showing as offline.
I have no idea at this point how to resolve this issue.
I can access the doorbell camera and get notifications, but the family member cannot.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. Try reinstalling the Google Home app from that home member's mobile device. To further isolate this issue, you may try signing in his/her same email address to a different mobile device and check if he/she will get the same issue.
