Doorbell peeling

Hi, my Google nest hello doorbell has started peeling. It is over a year old but looks very bad now with the top plastic layer peeling/cracking off.

 

I am in the UK so little in terms of direct sunlight lol (it's in shaded area for most of the day)

 

I have noticed this is seems to be a common issue here (maybe a bad batch?). Could it please be replaced?

 

I have a tonne of other google products but this seems to be the only one I've had issues with.

I have two bought within 2 months of each other and both are doing the same thing. One is in sunlight and the other is in shade 90% of the time. 

Google needs to start a replacement programs asap

Hi KKaria,  I'm an end user here in the U.S.   To the best of my knowledge Google (at least here in the US) is no longer replacing these cameras if they are past their 1 year warranty.  However this is a user forum and the Google folks don't really respond here.  I think your best hope is to open an official support ticket with Google so you can get a Google tech to help you.  You will need do know the serial number of your product.  Here is the link:
