sorry my english is bad I use google translate. I have a battery doorbell that worked very well. I had to change my wifi at home and since then I no longer work. I was able to do a reset on my Google Home to change the wifi but it was impossible to do it on the doorbell. I try to reinstall it but I still get an error message. what should I do please?

There's no feature or setting to change the Wifi network for cameras and doorbells setup in the Google Home app, unfortunately, so you need to factory reset the doorbell and set it up again.

  1. Locate the reset pin hole on the back of the doorbell. The reset pin is located below the USB port on the back of the doorbell.
  2. Insert and hold the pin (you can use an unfolded paper clip or a drawing pin):
    • At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times and you'll hear a countdown tone.
    • At 12 seconds, the status light will be a steady, solid yellow while the doorbell starts the factory reset and you’ll hear a confirmation tone.
  3. Release the button. Your doorbell will restore to its factory settings.
  4. After the factory reset, your doorbell will appear as 'Offline' in the app until you remove it.
  5. In the Google Home app, tap your doorbell > More (3 dots) > Settings cog > Remove device.

Once reset, set up the doorbell again with your new Wifi network:
