On August 2nd 2022, my doorbell suddenly disconnected. It does not even show on Google home because it says my email removed my nest doorbell, and now it only has a blue light. Please help

Sorry to hear about that your doorbell has disconnected. My best guess is to do a factory reset on your Doorbell and it should hopefully work once you relink it to your account.

Mine recently did the same but it’s connected again. It does seem the constant buffering is better if not gone completely. Also, my trial started over again for 30 days.
Was there a recent software and or firmware update?

@Jplanaplonick We don't have a recent update on Nest Doorbell. About the constant buffering, when did it start happening? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, have you tried any troubleshooting steps to fix this?
