Doorbell says offline?

How do I fix the doorbell to go back online? My two other cameras are working, but my two doorbells are offline.

Hi everyone,

 

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us your issue. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Doorbell? Do you have the wired or battery type of Nest Doorbell? What are the troubleshooting steps you've done so far?

 

Give these steps a try: 

  • Restart your Nest Doorbell and your Wi-Fi router.
  • Check your router settings if there are restrictions that make your Nest Doorbell go offline.
  • If you're still getting the same issue, you try resetting it to the factory default. Remember that after the reset, all of your recorded events will get removed.
