My wired Nest Doorbell has excellent picture. I've adjusted my zone to include only my front door area. But I get constant alerts to a person at my front door - but there is no one and nothing there. There are no animals, bugs, cars, or anything else on the screen, even beyond my designated zone. My front porch light is off, but there are garden lights, so I am absolutely sure that no animal is running through my yard to trigger the camera. Seriously, is my camera seeing ghosts? How do I fix this?

Hello, I'm and end user like you. It is possible that the doorbell is facing a tree or bush that is blowing in the wind? I have this problem with one of my cameras and I get this false alerts. I have to go out about twice a year and trump the branch so that camera can't see it and the problem goes away... or at least mostly goes away.
