Seasonal themes are the only themes available, and they are only available during certain seasonal holidays that Google Nest chooses, during a timeframe that Google Nest chooses, and they are removed at the end of the timeframe. Try selecting the other seasonal chimes to check if the issue is only for the Christmas theme. You may also try reinstalling your Google Home app. Let me know how it goes.
