Doorbell video.

Why can’t I play back the video of someone coming to the front door?  I get a snap shot but no video.

Do you know if you have a paid Nest Aware subscription? If so, that service enables video history so you can do playback.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. It sounds like you may not have Nest Aware, so I would suggest getting a subscription and you should be good to view your footage after. Also, thank you for that information, Rubes!
