Doorbell

I bought this new doorbell wireless setitup no problem then time came to recharge.

I did. 

App says reinstall to ...

Failure all the time - so

 did a restart- did not work

Did factory reset- did not work

Reboot modem, wifi... then used another phone to reinstall- did not work

 

Always same issue. 

I install once then app say everything good, I unplug doorbell, doorbell say fully charged reinstall to connect and when I try to reinstall, nothing happen
