One of my dropcam indoor cameras dropped WiFi for no reason. App won’t read QR code and camera won’t load on computer. What else can I do to get it back up

Sorry to hear you're unable to connect your camera to your Wi-Fi network again. To confirm, did you reset your camera to its default settings? If so, you can skip scanning the QR code to continue to the next step. Check out this link for additional help.
