I never received a dropcam replacement offer and I’ve been a nest aware customer for several years. Still is.

No one helped yet. I filled out the form and an email came that says the formed was received. Then, nothing. Hoping for help.

I just got an email saying that my Dropcams will not be supported after April.  What are loyal users supposed to do?

Same! I have six Dropcam and Dropcam Pro cameras that I have been informed will not work after April of this year. I graciously received two replacement cameras from Google, but unsure what to do about the other four. Is there a link current users/owners can utilize to purchase replacement cameras at a discount? Thanks in advance

What camera did they replace with?

Nest cam, indoor wired. 99 bucks. Promotion is two free cameras.  I have 15 that need to be replaced 😞.

Seems there should be some sort of cloud video storage solution that would allow use of the drop cams, as many as there are.

No, only two. The other 13 I own which have become bricks must be replaced at my cost.  Sorry Google,  I'll sell the two replacements you sent and will buy 15 from someone else.  Horrible customer support. 

I agree.  Seems like they could have at least allowed the Google Home app to see live views of the old cameras (and dropping the video recording ability). Instead, we get a “here’s two and we are rendering your other six obsolete just ‘cuz we want to”

Eufy makes a good product.

Hello still waiting for a response is there a support person who can help me with receiving your replacement offer for the 2 Dropcams I have that will stop working in April 2024. I did not receive the email please resend!
