I'm looking for a solution to provide continuous power to my nest cam battery to allow 24/7 recording. Unfortunately the solar panels are only powerful enough to keep it charged with event recording. Has anyone found a solution to combine multiple solar panels to accomplish this? I don't have the option to hardwire in this location.

Hi there,
I would love to look into this further for you. It sounds like you could benefit from re-installing your Nest doorbell (battery) as a wired setup, or you may want to replace it with a different device. This article goes over all of that information for you.
Best regards,
Brad

Thanks Brad, unfortunately this is not a doorbell, it is the nest cam battery (security camera). I would love to hard wire the camera but that is not an option at this location.

My apologies, I was totally my mistake, I misread your device name. You can still install your Nest cam (battery) as a wired connection, but I would suggest contacting a professional to install it.
Best regards,
Brad

Still just have the same question since it's been avoided. The solution provided was to hire a professional to hardwire it. As stated twice already that's not an option, hence why I'm looking for a better solar solution.

Hey Pmthunder22,
I can understand you on this. You may try the Wasserstein Solar Panel For Google Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery). This solar panel is available from third party vendors.
