Hi there,

Glad to hear your interest in the Nest Doorbell 2nd Gen (wired). I hope you enjoy your new device, and I would love to look into this further for you. Yes, you will need to use the provided Chime Puck, as that is the chime connector for this device. You can learn all about the installation via this link here. Please let me know if you have further questions or concerns.

Best regards,
Brad

Hi everyone,

@RLewkowicz how's it going with your Nest doorbell? Were you able to connect the chime connector? If so, don't hesitate to give us an update here.

I appreciate the help, Brad.

Best,

Hey RLewkowicz,

Just one quick final check in here since activity has slowed down. We'll be locking the thread in the next 24 hours, but if you still need help, I would be happy to keep it open. If there's more we can do, just let me know.

Thanks,
