Switched to a new internet provider.
Removed Nest Hub and Nest Cam from Google Home Devices.
I was able to get Nest Hub connected to the new Wi-Fi successfully.
Nest Cam, however is giving me problems. I restarted and have done a Factory reset.
Waited for the light to be blue and started the connection process.
It errors out with
'Something went wrong. Try connection again. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device pr turning your phone's airplane mode on and off before trying again'
I have rebooted my phone, made sure that the new wifi is selected, made sure bluetooth is on, the camera is outside just below the room with the new wifi router. I have even gone outside with my phone close to the camera. I am not sure what else to try.

I was able to connect my Nest Camera this morning, finally!
I unplugged the power cord from the Nest Camera.
I pulled down the Camera from the magnetic mount and pushed the reset button for 12 seconds to start a factory reset. Once i heard a jingle, I stopped pressing the button and let it do it's thing until I heard a second jingle. Reconnected the power cord and put the camera back on the magnetic mount.
I quickly opened my iphone to Google Home : Add a Device, captured the QR Code from the box, and it finally bypassed the error from yesterday and got to the select your WIFI part - from there it was a matter of clicking through the rest of the install, adjusted the camera and it was done.

When we first got our battery camera almost 4 years ago, we performed the initial setup in the house with the camera close to our Wi-Fi router (and plugging it in during the install, as specified in the install instructions). Have you tried doing the reinstall with the camera temporarily positioned near your router?

I now have Google Fiber. Does this make a difference?

Out of nowhere all my nest camera went down and we can not reconnected them. Have done all the resets, spilt my router to 2.4 and 5 ghz and tried to connect to the 2.4 and still nothing

Having multiple cameras go offline seems like something else might be going on. We've had 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with Google Nest cameras, doorbells, and Nest Hubs for 6 years, with no issues. But I don't know what to suggest.

Same situation here. Half of our cameras went offline two days ago and still down today.

I just tried this with two of the five of our eight cameras that all decided to go "offline" at the same time. Those two cameras cannot be added back even after a factory reset. Google Support was unable to resolve.
