Familiar Face Detection

Hello,

I have 5 nest cams with nest aware subscription.

Unfortunately familiar face detection does not work..gives a 1 on top which says people in Illinois can't use familiar faces, but I dont live in Illinois.

My home address is set in Missouri. 

However, when i run a speed test it bounces off a server in Chicago. 

Any help to resolve this is greatly appreciated!

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

• What kind of Nest cameras do you have?
• Did you have this inconvenience before?
• What type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?

I have the nest flood lights. They used to work and now it does not. 

I have 4 cameras and one works 3 do not.

Thanks for the follow-up information:

Please try the steps here:

• Verify Location: Double-check that your home address in the Google Home app matches your actual location in Missouri. Also, verify all your cameras are under the same home structure. Follow these steps to change home address location in the Google Home app.
• Check Google Home App Settings: Ensure "Familiar face detection" is enabled for each Nest camera. Follow these steps to Turn familiar face detection on.
