I have set up family bells to help my kids with daily tasks. The bells with work for a day or week then stop notifying. I have reset devices, factory reset devices, deleted and recreated all the bells, and other troubleshooting items I could find as possible solution to this issue. Notifications do not even send to my Android devices. Some bells will go off on my Android, others are not existence. I have all the bells set to do Android notifications and my phone is configured to allow notifications. I get Notifications when the Family Bell is configured. Seems to work for a day to a week then the Bells quit doing notifications.

This might be due to notification settings on your mobile devices. Please make sure that you follow the steps listed in the support page for setting up the Family Bell, and notifications for all Google/Google Assistant apps and features are enabled. If you continue to experience the issue, please open up an issue in our public issue tracker.

The notification do not go off on the home devices. My phone will display some notifications and some speak. If I delete and recreate the family bell it will go off on all the devices. It appears the notification does not repeat although it is set to repeat it does not repeat. It would have nothing to do with my phone. I have set the family bell up on the Hub and still have the same results of the bell does not repeat itself after initial creation.

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

I have done that. Some bells go off then stop. Rebooting the device sounds like the easy fix. You are going to tell me I need to restart all my devices at least once a week to keep my family bells working?

Have you had the chance to go through this article and make sure that your Family Bells are set up correctly? If you have already, let me know, and we can look into something else.
Best regards,
Brad

Currently the bells are going notifying me on my Android device, one bell is notifying on the google display but not the other device as configured. All the bells are configured the same.

Thank you for the update. Are all of these devices connected to the very same Wi-Fi connection point? Also, how far away are those devices from your router?
Best regards,
Brad

Might be 25' from the same wifi router. I get the android phone notification but not the full screen and voice announcement. No devices announce the bell more than once although that is the configuration.

Are you able to move your cameras closer to the Wi-Fi connection at all? I am mainly concerned that this is due to connectivity issues.
Best regards,
Brad

@BradI am not sure what camera you are referring to. I have a Google router and 2 access point in the house. They have great connectivity. The bells will not announce from the WiFi access points either. So I do not believe the signal strength is not the issue. Of the 6 bells that are set to go off, one is announcing as expected on the set devices. The other 5 vary on if it announces or just a notification on my Android device.
