Do I have any options other than buying a brand new camera on how to repair the USB cord to my nest outdoor camera I see that it's got two power wires a red and a black and then two I assume data wires that are super small wrapped in foil I don't want to mess with it myself I can splice wires but those two wires in the middle are entirely too small I reached out to support and they couldn't help me they told me just to buy a new camera which is a BS answer in my opinion

Hi there, Prime.
Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine it's been rough trying to figure out what to cut or splice. I would suggest that if you aren't sure, please follow this installation article here. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.
Best Regards,
Brad.

Well, I suppose you are welcome to your opinions of course. I thought it would he helpful guide to show you what to do. In general, I would suggest not to mess around with the wires. I cannot assist you with troubleshooting a physical issue with your camera. Check out Ebay, and see if you can find a replacement there.

Brad.
