New Camera, suddenly stopped giving any images. Says camera “live video unavailable. The camera may be unreachable or saving battery”. Floodlight is working normally.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delayed response. Where are you getting this message? Is it on your Google Home app or on your Nest Hub display? When did this start happening? Also, could you provide a rundown of the steps that you've tried so we could start where you've left off?
