When I installed it the floodlights worked at night. Now when I go to live view they no longer turn on. Also when I try to turn them on through the app they don't turn on either, as well as don't turn on with motion.
I checked the settings and everything looks good... just can't get the floodlight to turn on. Installed on 8/6/22.
I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Could you try restarting your Nest Cam with Floodlight by unplugging it from the power outlet to refresh the connection? If that doesn't work, resetting it to its default settings might do the trick. Learn more here.

Sorry, didn't see the posts. Spoke with google and they escalated it to their technicians for review and just waiting for a reply.
Resetting it didn't work. Moved furniture around it so nothing to reflect the infrared sensor. Verified 120V applied. Still doesn't work. Lights did turn on when originally installed but never came back on. Also auto night vision doesn't work. Need to turn that on manually. Seems like I just have a bad unit and need to swap it but I appreciate their help so I'm just waiting to see what they come up with first.
I gave them screenshots of images at night, as well as my settings so they can see what is going on.
Although I have spoken to Google Nest via chat several times, and they escalated it up to technician level, I'm not getting a reply on the simple question if I just have a bad unit.
Neither my floodlight comes on, nor does the night vision automatically turn on. See attached.
I verified I have 120V connected and I moved both the angle of the camera, as well as any furniture anywhere around it in case the infrared beam was reflecting off something. Still doesn't work.
Since it doesn't appear anyone is able to help further, I'll have to exchange through Home Depot... thankfully I bought the protection plan.
