Free Replacement Google Cam

I have 4 Nest dropcams at home and subscribe to Nest Aware.

I just found out that Google will discontinue support service for Nest cameras next year and Google is offering free replacement and upgrade for these cameras to Google 2nd generation cameras. I think I missed the e mail from Google offering free replacement of these cameras. How else can I contact Google to get free replacement nest cameras.  @MplsCustomer

Google Nest is only discontinuing support for the old Dropcams, and their replacement offer is apparently limited to customers who have Dropcams and had them on their Nest Aware subscription a month before the April 2023 announcement:

Sometimes Google Nest Community Specialists have chimed in on posts like yours and provided a link to a "form" to fill out, to see whether Google Nest will provide you with the rebate offer.

You could also try to contact Support using the link and instructions on this post:

We don't have any Dropcams, so I don't know how Google Nest Support will handle your request.
