My cameras automatically display at top of my phone screen, with recent movements tiled/listed below (I can scroll to see more earlier captured video). But I’ve always been able to rotate my phone to a horizontal position and watch the live or recorded clip in landscape view (no cropping or such, just an image/video that fills the screen. I do that all the time to watch games on ESPN or Netflix movies … and especially to monitor our granddaughter’s crib when she’s (hopefully) sleeping. Well, now I just get the small 4” image at top of phone screen, not the 7” full screen image/video. WHY?

That's odd. It works for me on the new version of the Google Home app on an iPhone XR on iOS 16.5.1, for both the Google Home app (old and new cameras) and the Google Nest app.

Hi Brian0079,
Thanks for posting — I apologize for the inconvenience.
A few questions: what type of Nest cameras do you have? Do you have an iOS or Android device? Does the issue occur on multiple mobile devices or cameras? Also, are you using the Google Home or the Nest app?
Keep me posted.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Best,
Lance
