My nest outdoor camera protective glass has broken alone, one day I just start to see badly the image and I saw the class protection was not there anymore is it possible to get a replacement?

Hello
Cam works perfectly just the glass protection the Lents went off and now there is not more protection. Is like a disk but is broken now. Can you send me a replacement?
