My nest outdoor camera protective glass has broken alone, one day I just start to see badly the image and I saw the class protection was not there anymore is it possible to get a replacement?

Are you talking about missing the glass lens that goes over the Outdoor cam?
Or are you referring to the lens on the cam being cracked, or broken?

Cam works perfectly just the glass protection the Lents went off and now there is not more protection. Is like a disk but is broken now. Can you send me a replacement?
