This issue is on a ton of forums with no clear or working fix yet.
Latest Doorbell Battery, with Home app on Android tried multiple phones and tablets also tried Nest Hub Max, anyway, can't hear any visitors reply, i can reply to them but can't hear them at all, on any device.
Any help would be greatly appreciated please.

Check the audio settings for the camera to see if the microphone turned on. If it is, do you get live audio when viewing the camera in the Google home app?
If the microphone is off - that's the problem
If the microphone if on and you get sound when monitoring live feed - something is wrong on googles end.
If the microphone is on and you get no sound when monitoring live - could still be something on googles end but most likely it's a hardware problem with the microphone in the doorbell.
