Google Doesn't Care About Security Nor Their Customers Well Being

Night vision died a few weeks ago with no changes done. For a few days, it looked as if you could see the top edge of something but mostly pitch black. Completely normal during the day. Called Google and am BEYOND disappointed. Spent thousands on their products and am a stockholder. This is a security product and I got one rep with next to no knowledge overseas (didn't even know about reported firmware issues). I asked politely for an escalation and was promised one and never heard back. Called a week later and my call got dropped after 20 minutes with no callback. The third agent confirmed they are allowed to call back and promised an escalation. Here I am with no help from Google and wonder if the execs would allow their friends and family to be treated like this.
