I really hope Google realizes that the vast majority of the Nest cam community does not like the Home App and does something about it to let us use the new Google/Nest Cam with the Nest App instead of being forced to use the Home App. Meanwhile I’ve decided to purchase a first gen Nest outdoor camera so that I can view it on the Nest App. Soon I will purchase 2 more for my backyard, if I can find the IQ Outdoor camera that would be even better. Since I can’t return the 2 Google (2nd gen) that I got, I will put them away in the box until Google fixes this issue and lets us view all of our cameras in the Nest App.

Hi buyapr. It has been over 6+ months of people commenting about the shortcomings of the google home app compared to the Nest app and so far Google has come forth with NOTHING. Most people given up hope.
