Google Home. Cameras view. Can’t reach this camera. Samsung Tab A7

I have 4 Nest Cam (Battery).

All wired. All work.

Using Samsung Tab A7. Running Google Home. When I open the “Cameras” view sometimes one cameras live feed will appear but the others say “Can’t reach this camera”. If I close the app and relaunch I get a different camera feed visible and 3 different ones say “Can’t reach”. Sometimes if I  “retry” then it will show the live feed, but that rarely improves anything.

If I launch any single camera individually, the live feed opens immediately and normally.

The issue only seems when using the “Cameras” view to see all 4 live feeds at once.

When I use my iPhone in the same manner, launch Google Home, then open “Cameras view”, all 4 camera live feeds appear at the same time every time.

I expect the tablet to behave the same way.

Does anyone have any idea why the tablet does not behave (all cameras stream simultaneously) the way the iPhone does?

I’d like to use the tablet in the living room to see all feeds on one screen simultaneously. If I can’t get this to work reliably then I’d buy a Nest Hub as a last resort.

Thanks, Ted

I see there is a similar thread about Samsung tablets and viewing all cameras simultaneously.

I too have installed all Android updates, all Samsung device specific updates, and installed the latest version of Google Home.

if anyone knows if there is anything I can try, I’m listening. Maybe there is a version or update that I do not have?

@Tedenea

Keep in mind that on a Nest Hub you can only view one camera feed at a time.
