Google Home is a complete failure

Nest integration is an "F".  App speed and reliability is an "F".  Nest Thermostats control is an "F", especially if you have more than one thermostat and my Nest Aware was cancelled without my notification because I was sent one email which looked like spam and of course went to spam...  How hard is it to inform people in the app they need to update their CC?  Seriously, what do Google Home engineers do all day?  It isn't work on the app.  Do better, Google.
