Can I open Google home app to view my cameras on my Windows 10 desktop?

You can view your older Google Nest cameras and doorbells on a Windows desktop via the home.nest.com website. Unfortunately, Google Nest decided the newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells released starting in the fall of 2021 would work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app OR on the home.nest.com website.

There is a third-party software package, BlueStacks, that then allows you to run the Google Home app on a computer. We haven't tried it because it's not available for our model of iMac.
