Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry to hear that you are having connectivity issues. They can be the worst to deal with sometimes, but I would love to look into them for you. Try to restart the camera if you haven't already. That would be the first step as that usually fixes issues. Check your wifi connection to the camera, make sure that it is well within range, and that you have a decent connection. The stronger the connection the better. Please let me know if you need anything else.
