Google Nest Cam 2 (wired) presence senseing should trigger a starter... does it?

New to Google Home.  Have had a Nest Thermostat (courtesy of my apartment complex) for 2 years and like it.  Have been dabbling with "smart devices" for a few years... plugs, bulbs, mainly via Alexa.  Decided to get the Google Nest Cam 2 (indoor, wired).  Sorry it doesn't use the Nest app but "es lo que es".  Installed the Google Home app.  Okay.  It and Alexa know about my devices.  Some shortcomings but "es lo que es".  WHAT I REALLY AM ASKING ABOUT IS ... does the camera's presence senseing capability trigger a starter that does more than (if I choose to receive it) send a notification to my smartphone app upon "sensing" there's movement in my apartment when I'm gone?  I appreciate the notification, but additionally, I'd like to create an action that executes when "presence is sensed" (e.g. flash my lights, say "You're on candid camera", etc.).  Is this possible... already... yet?  I don't think the current Amazon Dot Alexa interface provides me with this capability.  Thanks for any suggestions!!!

Hi JerryGerner,  Sadly no.  Currently Google Nest has shielded their tech from talking to other smart home devices.  They use to work great with SmartThings and IFTTT but they discontinued it all about 2+ years ago sighting security issues.  The fact that they are now talking to Alexa is a big surprise.

What you can do is go into the APP and leave FEEDBACK making this request.   Believe it or not the Google folks don't seem to read this USER FORUM sight to see what people are saying about their products.  So sad!

Dear EmptyNester... thanks for the response!  It doesn't "solve" my problem but at least I know there IS NO current solution to this issue.  As you suggested, I left "feedback" in the Home app.  We'll see...
