Hey folks,
After i scan the QR code google home app asks me "Do you have any of these devices already set up in this home?"
After it shows me a list of Nest items that i dont have - (taping no) as google home hub is not one of the options.. the next step google home app asks me to create a new network, i am clicking yes and got some strange error on the screen "problem connecting to cloud"
I tried this with Google Nest Cam outdoors (battery) and Google nest Doorbell. Google home app is updated, iOS used on my iPhone is up to date too 15.5. I have also restarted my router a couple of times, but nothing has helped. Can anybody help me troubleshoot?

Trying the set-up from another device worked, but was far from user friendly and smooth. Cameras are now working, but the doorbel would not show on the Google Hub display when someone is at the door and rings the bell.. Is there any workaround to get it working? It only says the video feed is not available.

Hey Vojta,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
Sorry to hear you're unable to set up your Nest camera devices. Is this your first time setting it up? Have you tried using a different phone to isolate this? Also, are you using a dual-band router (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? Keep us posted.
Thanks,
Archie

Hi Aatienza,
I'm having the same problem. How do I fix it?

Hey folks,
As @aatienza asked, are y'all using a 2.4 or 5ghz channel? What are your internet speeds like? How far away is the router from the cam? These are all questions that will play into the normal functioning of your cams. Please look over this article for some troubleshooting steps.
Best regards,
Brad

There is no live feed for the new Nest Doorbell (battery). Only records when there is an event for the most part.

Brad
